Here's what we know, based on your info:

1) Multifunction switch is good: All park lights work, except the left front, and the 12 volt supply is bussed together in the underhood electrical center.

2) The ground to the bulb connector is the same for the DRL/turn signal/park light......so we know it's good (pin G, black wire).

3) The DRL/turn signal 12 volt supply is good, pin A, Light blue/white stripe wire.

4) What is in question, is the 12 volt supply to the connector, at pin B, brown wire.

Hopefully, you are using the correct bulb, and connector. You should have 12 volts, to the brown wire (pin B), when the park lamps are on.

Hope this helps.

Problem solved I cut the brown wire and took the lead from the socket and ran a wire to the brown wire on the other side and spliced it in works good now.

Ok, you got it working, but you may want to do some looking around. It's very uncommon, to have an open in a wire....without damage. If one wire is damaged, there may be more. Just a suggestion.

I agree. Something is wrong and needs to be investigated. Also, you've now doubled the current load on the opposite side's wiring which it wasn't designed for therefore you could induce more problems
