Default Flashing CEL/ reduced engine power

Alright my car was fine exept I would sling belts, then I couldn'tdrive my car for two months. Only mods I've done since were a cartek flip drive, electric cut outs, and went from a msd boost a pump to a kb boost a pump. Car would misfire when I would step on it under heavy load ~ 70 in third. Only codes I got were battery related though so I thought the problem was the loose ac belt I had which turns the alternator. After I replaced the belt I notice one of the o2 sensors wasnt connected and needed to be replaced. Got my car today thinking my flashing CEL and misfiring would stop only to find out it hasn't. I'm not sure how to fix this problem.

mods are... Ecs sc600, lg pro long tubes, alky kit, kb bap, qtp cutouts, flip drive, few other mods. car was dyno tuned and had 600 hp about a year ago.

Get the codes, find the cylinder(s) misfiring. Broken valve spring would be a good 1st guess.

Hmmmm I have brand new springs, but I'll check codes again. Do I need to check while the light is flashing?

No, you probably need a different code reader than the DIC to get specifi P030x codes. The DIC will not show these.

Alright cleared the codes and took the car for a spin. Put into REPabout 3 times, but produced no codes at all. With the cutouts open it sounds like its misfiring, with them closed can't hear anything just see the flashing cel.

Can you map the cylinders with EFI live, like on a tech 2? It should be easy to isolate if so. If not, start looking at the standard stuff i.e. plug wires, listen with a stethoscope to the valve covers, pull plugs to isolate cylinder, etc.

Just off the wall, how's your fuel pump pressure?

Reason I bring that up is because the last time I got a flashing CEL and misfiring ('99 Tahoe), my fuel pump was getting ready to check out.

If I knew how to use it I could map everything. Its similar to hptuners.

As far as the fuel pump, I believe its fine, you can heart it and my boost a pump turn on when I turn the key to on position.
