I have a Tick remote bleeder that is attached to the brake master cylinder mounting bolt. Getting a wrench in there is a bit tricky and what I realized is that the bleeder nut is the same 7/16" size that is used on video coax connector. I tried a coax connector wrench that I got from Home Depot and it worked great. Here are some pictures.
This is a picture of the coax wrench I am talking about. It's used for preparing the coax end and socket portion is used for screwing the connector into the wall. There is a slit in the side of the socket for the cable to run through:

Here's a picture of the wrench sliding over the hose and attached to the bleed screw.
These tools are not as strong as a normal wrench so you would snug up the nut with a regular nut. I just thought it might be helpful for those working in tight places.
