Base Model C6 Shocks?

Saw some of these the other day for a good price and wondered if there were any opinions on using these for a C5. Have seen lots of threads on the C6 Z06 shocks but wondered about the base units. Thanks for any info!

Gene Culley sells the shocks at a fantastic price. He knows his products. Call/contact him and see what he recommends.

I know for a fact that the C6 ZO6 chocks work fantastic and for $250.. Cant beat that.

A good worn shock replacement if they are cheap.

Stock shocks have 130k

) on em. Kinda worn out, two of em are leaking fluid. Not sure how long I'm keeping the car just looking for some cheap replacements.

If the base shocks you are looking at are new or low-mile takeoffs then they should be a big improvement for very little money.

I have a set of used stock shocks off of a garaged 2004 base suspension coupe with just 32K miles on them if you are interrested PM me. I upgraded to C6Z06 shocks. Nothing wrong with them. I live on the east coast of Florida near WPB.
