Gunk engine flush ?





Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Unless you have evidence that the inside of your engine is severly sludged and excessively dirty,,,, I would NOT use any thing that would thin out the oil wash out the bearings.If you want to clean up the engine, I have used a product called RISLONE.. You ADD it to your new oil and it helps clean the engine. It is NOT a FLUSH and stays in the oil and cleans as the engine runs. Have never had to use it in my C5 but, I have used it in all my other high mileage vehicles that I purchased used. Seems to clean up the engine crankcase well.

Other than synthetic oil, I have never had to run any other products/addatives in any of my LS engines. Maintain the oil change frequency and it will stay clean.
