Ok so its getting close to spring, and I'm going to do my clutch/diff job pretty soon. The car has never had any work done to the drivetrain except to replace the rear extension housing seal on the trans. These are the items I decided i should replace/install while I have everything apart:
master cylinder
slave cylinder
remote clutch bleeder
torque tube bushings with new bolts
RPM differential (3.73)
clutch disc
pressure plate
flywheel
throwout bearing
pilot bearing
tunnel plate
1) Does anyone have suggestions for anything else i should do?
2) Are there any bolts that will need to be replaced besides the ones for the torque tube bushings?

Thanks!
The coupling bolts are not required to be changed, you can reuse the old ones.
I just finished this exact same job this weekend. New clutch, trans, diff, and rebuilt the torque tube. I would follow Dope's install as a good guide on getting the assembly in and out of the car. www.cajundude.com/dopeinstall.doc I replaced the torque tube bearings at the same time as the couplers and had a hell of a time getting the coupler bolts loose. The biggest 1/2" drive air impact I could find struggled to get them loose. Other than that its pretty straight forward install just take your time!
