I have a 99 C5 that is pretty much stock (with the After market radio). In the last month the battery started dying. I had the charging system checked (Alt charges between 13.8-14.1) and replaced the battery. It dies after the car sits for 1 1/2 - 2 days. I had the radio installed 3 years ago and everything seams to be working fine.
I logged the following DTC codes. Any Ideas?

all your codes are History codes, not current, so that isn't telling you anything. Make sure the battery is fully charged, then check your
"sleeping"( steady state) current draw as outlned in the above referenced post. If you have excessive current draw, then you can start pullinjg fuses to isolate the shorted circuit.
I found the fuse that is causing the problem. Fuse #4 under the passenger side. Not sure what circuit is fed thru the fuse. It says "SCM-L". Any ideas?

It appears the SCM itself has issues. That fuse powers the SCM. I would be taking the seat out and examining all the wiring under there for shorted wires.
