Radiators
Napa and AutoZone both sell Spectra Lifetime radiator and I can't afford a new all aluminum Be Cool just yet, so how good is the Spectra for the Corvette. I put a Spectra in my blazer and it was exactly like the OEM, to the T.
My OEM tank is cracked by the top hose, I can get a new tank put on, but would that be worth it, I haven't taken it out to check inside yet. It cracked when my fans did not come on once last year, now it is more significant, so out it comes.
Besides the "Buy a Be Cool or $500.00 GM plastic one" any other advice people?
I am going to get a Be Cool later if I am told it will be worth it, just putting in a Spectra for now maybe.
Is there a thread on bleeding the coolant that I can't find, Thanks guys, I appreciate the help

AC Delco 20889 = $249.79 from Rock Auto ,and that's just ONE source. AC Delco is GM OE on many items. Many years ago Delco was owned by GM. Good quality parts. I do not hesitate to use Delco parts.
"Spectra" sounds Chinese to me. At the ridiculously low price I'm seeing, I can just about guarantee it.

I have repeated the process a couple of times on at least 1 car to get enough trapped air out.
