OK I finally had the time to trace the wire and it dead ends in the center console. Thanks everyone for the input. Being new, Im sure that I will be posting more questions. You folks are awesome!!!

I at least thought it would dump oil out the back on the road so the cops would lose traction during pursuit.

Got to dream up something good for it. How about an audio playback from something simple like a memo recorder that says arming the ejection seat and standy for launch!
