3rd time replacing Fuse #23 (pass. side footwell) in the past 6 months(not a daily driver) I get the turn off 10 second message and steer. lock message, it cranks up fine start to move and shuts off,,, replace fuse #23 disconnect neg. cable 10-15 min. then reconnect cable and it's all good til the next time,,that could be the next day,,week or when ever...Could this be the ignition switch?? I read on here sometime back about somebody had simillar problems and they replaced the switch...cant find that post,, anyone have a clue??

Not sure what the ignition switch has to do with minifuse #23, as it is off the battery buss(hot at all times). If minifuse #23 is blowing, there are a few possibilies:
1) Bad BCM
2) Bad Column lock relay
3) Wiring to items 1 and 2 (above).

Remember: fuses are a safety valve and only blow for one reason....a (true) short circuit. The B+ (power) on that circuit is being grounded somewhere. Btw, I'm assuming that when you say "replacing fuse #23" you are referring to a BLOWN fuse.
I would start looking for bare/pinched/damaged wires somewhere first and foremost as this will most likely be the culprit. Always try the easiest, most obvious stuff first, especially if any other work has been done in the past (or recently) in the same area or involving that same circuit.
When you have a short circuit, don't get tempted to just start replacing parts.
