HELP IM FIGHTING A TRUCK!!!!

My bro just bought a 2002 lightning i heard that they are pretty nasty :mad
and he said that he is going to put a exhaust and headers,with a chip and smaller pullys and a intake what will i need to keep from seeing ford tailights i have a bone stock 99 frc!!! Give me some ideas guys and please dont say its a pickup truck youll kill it ive seen enough of them at englishtown to know that they run!!! :eek:

YOu can go the cheap and easy route with a 150 shot from NX..

OR..

Heads/cam/headers/injectors/pcm and you will be able to ROAST him at all times.

LOL u guys are funny u think i could take him with like exhaust intake i wanna do like small stuff that wolnt void warrenty cause when i purchased my car i got the extended warrenty so what kind of little things to keep the lightning at bay what do u think is a good exhaust ive been hearing alot about the stingers and what do u think would be the outcome stock for stock!! :cheers: :cool:

The aftermarket exhausts won't do much in term of performance increase (few horses at most). They are pure for look and sound. I would strongly recommend the Corsa Indys. They sound awesome and there is absolute no resonance at all RPM.

Whats up bro. Your bro isn't going to have that stuff done to his car for a while so don't give your self a headache over it for now. We all know how easy that is, and how hard it is for you to think sometimes. :D That lightening I ran at the track in your old car had everything your bro is getting and it went 12.9. Get some headers, intake, and an exhaust. Oh GET BETTER TIRES :yesnod: You won't have a problem spaninkg him. Just don't miss a shift. other wise you will be :smash: the Lightening if he ever sells his car. :crazy:

With the mods listed the Lightning will run high 12's. We have a lightning group that frequents our home track & we run them all. The only 2 that can beat us are spraying 150 shot on top of the other mods.

Be careful! We got beat badf our first race with one when we were stock & he had similar mods as you listed.
