Sounds like you have a manual HVAC system. If so,, theres a resistor board in the HVAC Air Box that has blown resistors. It look like this:
It lives in this hole on the bottom of the Air BOX:
This is what it will look like when you see it installed:

If you have a Dual zone,, the controlle looks simular BUT,,,,,, its WAY more expensive:
NOTE!!! You do NOT need to completly remove the rear screws. The plate in the controller is slotted.
