Back at the store where you bought it from if you still have the reciept. REFUND!

Did the seamfoam (along with Techron gas always since it was near my home) through the brake booster hose 10k miles before this picture, then again in the PCV line behind the throttle body about 300ish miles before this picture.

Still got pinging, and did SQUAT for carbon buildup. Lots of smoke, but that was just the Naptha and light oils in the product burning off.

SNAKE OIL!

i cant see how, it might wear away some gasoline varnish but after soaking a carboned up valve in pure seafoam for a month and getting no results I decided it wasnt worth the effort in an engine.

mechanics have been doing this for decades. I am curious whether or not it actually works or if it a scam. I don't think just soaking a part in any type of over the counter cleaner is going to get the carbon build up off. I think the combination of heat, pressure, and chemicals
"steam cleaning" might though. if nothing else I am convinced it cleans the exhaust port or pipe up a little bit. I have used it a few times on daily drivers and you while I noticed no difference in idle quality, gas mileage or drivability. You can see some of it working by pointing your exhaust against a wall or in my case one time the ground with dumps , wet & black driveway..
I always have used the vacuum line that goes to the brake booster. don't let the engine die until all that fluid has a chance to pass through or you could possibly hydraulic the motor over when you restart it

Seafoam was never intended for carbon removal...use as an upper valve train yuck remover and dirt/fuel residue remover from air filter back through intake plenum. Best cylinder head carbon remover on carburated ingines is...H2O drizzled in a running motor being careful to avoid hydro lock !

this works great.
my turbo eclipse had a water/methanol injector. when i tore the top end down it was spotless, not a speck of carbon anywhere.

I am not sure where you can buy it over the counter,we use a distributor.Try googling it.The product does require a pressurized tool to inject it so you may be better off simply finding a shop who offers the service and having them do it.
