Sway Bar Stiffness Question
Hey there everyone, I have another stiffness question, sorry for the repeat if it is. But what I have read before from Addco is that their 1-1/4" solid bar is stiffer than their 1-3/8" hollow bar. Now I used to have the 1-3/8" hollow bar on a 2001 that I used to have, and that thing was just insane, the car handled on rails.
Now what I am curious about is a comparison of the GM T1 bar that is 1-1/2" hollow bar and the Addco 1-3/8" solid bar. Of course one of the reasons the T1 bar is so stiff is because its wall thickness is over 6mm, but will it still be stiffer than the 1-3/8" solid bar that Addco offers?
What does the Corvette Community think?
