Seat noise
My 2004 is making a noise from the power seat. Not from the leather rub as I have read about. This is when the seat moves back or forward. loud enough to hear outside of car. I think that it's from the motor or the track. It is strong enough that it vibrates the seat. Any ideas on this ? I have tried to lubricate the track and it made no difference. Any help would be great...... Thanks

I've had the seat out and nothing looks broken . It's not good when everyone in the parking lot looks at you because your car makes a weird noise. It's almost like the sound of the motor resonate over the entire car .

Haven't found the problem yet. Sounds like motor or shaft needs lubing. Don't know what to do about this. Embarrassing when seat moves and everyone within a block can hear it.
