Low and hanging idle help
Hoping you guys may be able to help here.Car is a 03 z06 with 40k,purchased last July.Stopped by car wash heading to grocery store just to quickly get some dirt off from storm.After washing her I get into it in 1st and 2nd gear enough to break the tires loose.As I'm coming to a stop the idle dips to 400-500 rpm then after driving it hangs at 1500 for a second.I get to store and park her.When I go to leave it starts up and drives normal.So I proceed to lay into it again and seems fine.But as I'm turning into my apartment it does the same thing again, and as I'm turning it seems like I loose power steering for a split second.Only mods are Haltech Venom 2 and an axle back exhaust.Anyone else experience the same or similar issues or have any ideas?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Also,there are no codes either.

Sounds like what my car was doing. I replaced the maf sensor and it cleared up. May have gotten some water into the intake system somehow or if you washed under the hood then water may have gotten in the connector on the houseing. Take it apart and see if it's full of water. If it is may try and let it air out a bit and see if that works. Save you some cash on buying a sensor. Hope this helps.
