MAP sensor bad?
This may qualify for the scan/tune section, but its also a tech question i guess. I was looking over some datalogs, and it is showing my N/A car to rise up to 14 psi on the MAP sensor. Has anybody ever seen this? When these fail, do they give false readings, or no readings at all?
What types of problems would occur if this failed?

what scanner you using?
open up your scanner and turn the key on, engine off. start logging and look @ your MAP value. It should read close to 95-105kPA
if it is reading anything else you probally have a bad MAP.

Thanks for your help, it does show 98kpa when the car is not running, I must have something incorrect within the program. Inbetween shifts it had gone down to 11kpa but if i swith screens in the same frame it shows 1.6 psi. Full throttle at 13.8 psi.
