Default Timing Advance Question

Guys,
Last time I autotapped my timing advance was only 18 - 20 degrees. I understand it's suppose to be about 28 degrees. Any thoughts about where the problem could lie. I am going to Cartek on Tues for a dyno tune and was wondering if this is a function of the PCM.

Thanks Matt,

Yes it is at WOT. I don't have the autotap print out with me today but it seems it is all through the RPM range.

What was your KR reading? Sounds like you may have some KR retarding the timming.
