2000 covertible electrical issues
well first when i hit the lock button on key fob . the horn sounds and lights flash ( like as if the alarm is goiung off) . ALSO WHEN I START THE CAR THE LIGHT FLASH REALLY FAST . if i turn on the parking lights you dont see them flash anylonger. the no2 fuse (approach) keeps blowing . when my lights flash the fog light relay under the hood activates and deactivates as well as power is applied and removed to the approach circuit i also hear another relay clicking maybe somewhere on pass side behind the battery. any ideas as to where to start
