Default I want my Z06 TB back!

I can't use a 2008 and up Z06 TB because they put out or require a different voltage or something like that. This caused my TB Indicated and Actual to be off by 27% at some point, idle maybe? Sorry I'm going off what the guy told me and I should have written it down because I obviously have a really bad memory.
I should have done more research, but I just figured a 90mm TB was a 90mm TB. I guess this is old news but it's new to me.
Anyway the stock LS2 90mm TB is much more sluggish. Will I need re-tuning for the stock LS2 TB since it was tuned with the LS-7? That's another thing I don't understand is why it would would work for a while and then start throwing me into limp mode?
I mean other than the fact that it would put the car into limp mode when I let off the throttle quickly at high rpm's. Other than that. It was an awesome TB it really had a snappy quick throttle response.
So I heard 2008 and up Z06 TB's I cant use. Can I use a 2006-7 Z06TB? Are they as quick?
What can I do? This sucks the stock LS2 TB's SUCK I want the LS7 back. Is there an aftermarket option?
Please educate the ignorant.

I'll post the codes I still have on the car, if there is any. The guy might have cleared them when he turned off the check engine light. I'll check the next time I go out to the car.

Those are drive by wire TB's? Do you have personal experience with either? What I'm looking for is better/faster throttle response and don't want to spend 3-4 hundred for something just as slow as this LS2 TB.

$470 and then you still have to get the motor and sensor?
Where did you get your TPS sensor or the throttle motor and idler gear from?
