Default Question.....02 sensors

Will these cars run without the 02 sensors connected for
any length of time without any problems other than the
check engine light being on?

The rear ones, if removed, can be run w/out problems except of course for the check engine light. Other than that you'd be fine.

I installed LG Headers and I have 02 sims in for the rear ones
but the ones that go into the headers are to short. I called
LG Monday and they said they would ship a set of extentions
but I haven't seen them yet.

Oh, I wouldn't run it like that. Your car can't determine the proper A/F ratio after it warms up. How does it run?

I drove my 97 for roughly 30 miles with open headers, (no rear o2 and no simms)
It drove alittle rough but not one code!

I just talked to Cris at LGM and he said it could be driven but the
gas mileage would suck and it just would not perform as it
should. Thanks for the replys......Wayne
Hey guys, I just talked to Dave at Cartec and he said not to
drive it because it screws with the relearn procedure and since
I did not get accurate info on the header install from LGM, I
will tend to believe Dave.
Thanks again
