Default Brake lights not working

My C5 brake lights left and right are not working. The center one works. The turn signals work and the flashers work. They blink when unlock on the fob is pressed.

Any ideas

Thanks

Have you checked for 12 volts at the connector, when the brake pedal is pressed?

Sounds like a bad brake light switch.

There is only one contact in the stoplamp switch, and the third brake light is working.

I just had this very same issue. It turned out to be the flasher unit. Go thru all the normal stuff first. Bulbs, fuses, contacts, etc. If it comes down to the flasher unit, there is a step by step directions to do it. If I can do it, you can too. Good luck.

No sorry. You'll probably have to go to the dealership for it. My local Chevy dealer charged 40.00. A bargin.
