Default Electrical Problem's already

I bought a 99 FRC 3 weeks ago and it has already started acting up. It started with the car running and the IPC would not be on at all. A few days after that the car would shut off and then start right back up. Now the problem is the IPC will start flashing really fast along with a clicking noise coming from the passenger foot area and when it does this it will not start. I've been burning this forum up and can't find anyone who has had the same problem as I have. I had the car taken to the dealership and of course they couldn't find anything wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, I've cleaned the grounds under the hood on the frame and in the doors. It hasn't happened since then but sometimes it acts like it is going to start acting crazy again.

Check your battery connections. The fuse panel inside the car connects directly to the battery via the underhood fuse panel. The battery terminals should be torqued to 13 ft/lb or 13 Nm. Are the original battery cables and terminal connectors still on the car? If not check the integrity of the wire connections at the terminals.

Also check the condition of the wires at the underhood fuse panel. The small wire at the battery terminal goes to the underhood fuse panel. At it's point of connection to the fuse panel there should be another wire that leads to the interior fuse panel.

If your dealer is a Chevrolet dealer and they can't figure this out, then they need to hire new people and you need to find a different dealer. Pull your codes. Yes, a low battery will cause lots of issues but bad connections from a good battery will reult in the same indications therefore following PEERPSI's advice would be good places to look.

There is a known issue with the serial data buss pin/socket inside of the door accordian tubes where there is a connector with the offending pin/socket. Look in the electrical sticky above for a picture of the offending concern.

Pull your codes and post them please.

Ok, I cleaned the grounds for both fuse boxes and the battery, there was paint on the frame where they were grounded. Here are the codes

Does the rubber hose just pop out and which side are the connectors on and do they just pull through enough for me to disconnect? Thanks guys for helping me out.

You may want to check and make sure your positive cable is tight at the starter.
