I bought a Vortech SC'ed engine from out of a Z06 with plans for swapping all of the goodies onto my '99. I degree'd the cam so that I could get an idea of what it is. I cannot find anything close on the usual cam-maker's sites so I am thinking that it might be a custom grind. Heck it might even be stock but I doubt it.

Anyone familiar with cams that can give me an idea of what this cam is?
Where did you measure the lift? I might be wrong, but I always thought manufacturers specified lift at the valve with the assumption of a 1.7 ratio rocker.
I measured the actual valve lift utilizing a 1.7 rocker.
Indicating on the retainer.
It certainly seemed to a smallish camshaft. With my engine I think that I will look for a more appropriate cam.
