AR Headers on the Way
Ordered a set of ARH headers and X. Will install myself at my buddies garage (lift and all the tools). 
My question is does anyone know of a good tuner I can take it too in the Northern VA area?

You don't really need a tune. Your vette will run fine. If your going to Corvette Carlisle pa the August, you can get a tune there for 99.00 from ecs. I have arh on my 01 and 04. I drove them both for about a year before I got a tune. Wait until you drive it. You will love the extra power. Really wakes the car up.
