Default Intake manifold options?

What options are out there nowadays? It seems like the FAST 90's were the best for the stock ls1 displacement but since they stopped making them they cost an arm and a leg to get and the gaskets are hard to come by. The ones I know of are: BBK, fast 102, ls6, wieand, and some typhoon intake. No mid size options anymore like 90??

FAST stopped making the 90/92 for some stuipd reason. Also look at the TPIS modified 90mm LS6 manifold. Your stuck to the ones you have listed unless you find a used 90 or 92. With the 102 you have to use LS2 fuel rails or FAST rails, and they had some problems with the fitment on the 102's. Unless you have a cam/heads I would stick with the LS6 manifold for a bolt on car. Also, you can get the Fel-Pro gaskets from AutoZone for $26.

that was a BIG mistake on FASTs part. the FAST 90 intake /TB was great. Putting a 102 on an LS6 is just a waste.

TPiS LS6/90tb combo would be a great option.

Can you tell me why the LS6/90tb is such a great option? The larger TB can't force the intake to improve it's flow numbers. A ported 80mm TB will supply all the air that a LS6 intake can use.
