Need relay/Diode wiring help

Your relay has a normally open and a normally closed set of contacts, run your red cove LEDs through the normally closed set of contacts to your running lights circuit. Then connect the relay coil to your blinker relay coil. That way, when the blinker is OFF, power will flow through the normally closed set of contacts to the red cove lights and when then blinker is turned ON the other relay will energize and turn the red cove lights off.
