Rockers, pushrod...throw off tune?

Default Rockers, pushrod...throw off tune?
If I swap out rockers, both 1.7, but going to adjustable, (going from harland sharp to crane) and also pushrods, will this mess up my tune at all?

It shouldn't and not sure why you want to go from a shaft mounted setup to a stud mounted setup.
