Default A/C more stuff!!!!!

Tore the right fender off and got the vacuum lines working and there is plenty now and air blows strong and the "mode" control works - cold air only on passenger side not on center or left vent -
I know this signals "actuator" stuff - BUT there are not now no have there ever been any HVAC codes - any thoughts??

The actuators are driven electrically, with a feedback circuit. When they are out of position, it generates a code.

Doesn't really sound like actuator problems. Sounds more like a low freon as that will cause this issue. I assume it is blowing warm on the drivers side? I know my car did that, plus it threw the actuator code (even though that was not the problem). I would say check the freon with gauges.

Low freon level would be my first guess also!

Default Don't have to rip the fender apart to get to the check valve

I replaced my check valve (actually twice) by simply taking 2 or 3 screws out of the shroud under the fender and then slightly prying it over enough to get my huge hand inside. If I can do it anyone with smaller hands should be able to also.BIGHANK
