Not much: 44 lb inch on the 1st pass, then 96 on the 2nd pass.
That's equivalent to only 8 lb feet.
You should also tighten in a kinda circular pattern, starting at the 3rd right bolt. The pattern is as follows for the 10 bolts:
3R, 3L, 4L, 2R, 4R, 2L, 1L, 5R, 5L, 1R.
