Default Does this sound right?

I got my ATI dampener back from service, the tech guy I talked to there said use a installer to seat the balancer then apply red loctite to my APR bolt and torque to 200 ft#'s. He said any more torque than this and I wouldn't be able to get the bolt out next time, this was his experiance. what do ya'll think?

I thought the specs were 240 lbs with the ARP bolt. I used a GM bolt with red loctite the first time, and installed it TQ to 150, and then another 240 deg., and it was a bitch to break loose the second time.

Several years back I spoke with a fastener Engineer at GM that I used to work with when I was replacing my damper.
He said using an ARP bolt with red locktite and pinnig the crank all I would need is 100#ft of torque so that's what I did.
That was in 2003 in 2010 I replaced the cam and had no problem removing the bolt.
