Ecl code 1635 wtf
tested with volt meter at the battery and get 13.2 do i have a bad relay????
At the dic volt reading jumps 13.2 to 12.1 back and forth when idling
is the battery on it's way out ,should i have the battery load tested,
the car been sitting for 2 weeks and had to charged the battery over night.i always use me battery tender but diden't realize i had it set for 6 volt.
The engine check light lead to my next problem,i was driving in fourth gear,stomp the gas peddle (not to heavy)and low oil pressure lite came on (5 lbs) ,pulled over and pressure slowly climb back up.oil level at the dip stick is good.are these problems connected
any help greatly appreciated

The 5 VDC Reff voltage comes from the PCM and is used to supply a reff voltage to all the sensors. If that reff voltage is not being correctly supplied, your sensors will not be accurate. Read the reff voltage at a few of the sensors and see what it reading. If its going LOW, there are several things that can cause it:

Make sure your battery connection/s are clean and tight and if it were me,,, I would clean the contacts in my ignition switch!!
