First I receive the b0361h and b0363h codes, however H means history so that isn't the problem right? My car blows cold air perfectly on the driver and pass side in manual mode, however the driver side will not blow hot air regardless (but the pass does). I can live with this seeing as how I don't drive my corvette unless it's nice outside but the real PITA is my auto settings do absolutely nothing even when set all the way down to 60 or all the way up to 90. When i adjust the temperature in auto mode i can see it change delivery modes (fresh air, recirculated, defroster, front and left, front etc) but that's all it does.
Clear the codes and see if they come back. When you clear them, the actuator will try to sync up again. If it cannot, it'll set the codes and then you'll need to replace the driver's side actuator.
Disassemble the dash enough so you can see each actuator. Reset the DTCs and see if the actuators cycle. You can see the shaft on the center of the actuator:
Try turning the HVAC system OFF, reset the DTCs, allow the actuators to cycle and then see if the DTCs remain clear.
If they dont, you may have a split/broken drive gear:
after clearing the codes and trying to recalibrate the actuators multiple times eventually i saw b0363 H C came on, so there is definatly a problem with the actuator, i'll take it to the dealership and let them put in a new actuator (would rather not do it myself). I'm sure that's the problem with the heat, but do you think it's the problem with the climate control not doing anything? I know if one thing is off in the system it can ruin the whole processes, but it seems like i'm alone on this one, been searching for hours for people with a similar problem but haven't been able to find one with a completely unfunctioning auto.
