Just had 3:73's installed and rear rebuilt., '99 with 6 speed. Drove the 500 mile break in period as recommended by installer without any hard launches. About 800 miles now and still haven't hit it hard just normal driving and acceleration.
Last night high pitch wine started while I was driving 30-40 mph. It is very loud at highway speeds. If I take my foot off the accelerator, the noise stops. If I feather the throttle, the wine returns. Only under load do I hear the sound. When I feather the throttle, I can feel vibration in the shifter.
Any ideas before I bring it to my tuner?
Many Thanks....

Reason: Correct title
Does it feel like there is slack in the driveline? If you have any issues, I would go back and take the mechanic/manager/installer or whoever for a ride to let him/her hear what you are hearing. Then you can agree that there is a situation that needs to be taking care of.
