Default DTC Codes: What do they Mean?

OK Guys, I admit I am fairly new to modern Corvettes, the Forum, and the ability to pull codes from the DIC.

I have been having the famous fuel gauge problem with my 2002 C5 Coupe, car has 32K on it. Gauge drops to "E" after gauge reaches 3/4 tank, ran some Techron, then B-12 Chemtool, then Techron again, and for a minute, I thought the problem might be solved, because my gauge got to 1/2 tank, and then #$@! it happened again!

SO, that being the reason, and mostly out of curiosity I researched how to pull the codes from the DIC, let them run on auto, then went back, and ran them manually, 1 by 1 so I had the time to write them down.

Then with some more research, thanks to the info on the Forum, was able to find, at least a bit of info on what the individual codes mean.

Here are the codes:

60-IPC
U1160H

AO-LDCM
B2282H
B2284H
U1064H

A1-RDCM
B2283H
B2285H

BO-RFA
U10464H

Am I reading in between the lines correctly? These codes are all history codes that don't mean crap?!
Or is there something that I am missing?

Anyway, I did reset them all to see what happened, and my fuel gauge came back, and I did have a full tank, that until I reset them had Not registered this time.

I assume, that the fact that the gauge came back doesn't really mean anything, it was just somehow a prod to get the gauge to sense the fuel level???

Sorry, this sounds like a rant! lol. . . I was kind of stoked that I could pull the codes

Any help, or comments. . .PLEEZE

There are others but I have a 2000 so it's the one I use.

Since this is relative to the subject, I'll tag on here. If my CEL is on, but all codes that present have the "H" to indicate history, can this also mean current???

Codes B2282, B2283, B2284, B2285 for battery circuit, are these grounds?

What's U1064?

It's possible to have the Check Engine light remain "ON" and no codes with a current "C" tag. Remember, the CE light will not self clear until the code clears and there are many engine start/stop cycles for most DTCs.

Now if you were driving and all of a sudden the CE light comes on and you checked DTCs before turning off the engine then it would be most likely that you would find one with a current "C" tag at the end of the code.

Sorry, there was a code for intermittent miss that showed history. I recently had to replace a couple wires, so I'll check and clear the codes to see what comes back. Thanks
