Are yours missing? If you've found them to be constantly loose and will no longer reliably hold the assembly together, chances are the ends just need to be positioned correctly and/or possibly bent so they'll stay in place. You'll need to remove the entire assembly to make the task easier.
Otherwise, watch the classified ads. There's always someone selling their oem assemblies for dirt cheap. Put a WTB ad in classifieds.

Thank you for your information. Both of you guy's were very helpful. I 'm now on my 2nd set of clamps. 123,000 miles, 13 years of enjoyment. They just don't have the tension to hold the closed position.
