Acceleration
Hi all
At times when I jam the peddle to the metal my 98 automatic almost seems to stall out! I will let up and then press down gentler on the accelerator again
and she will take off. Why the hesitation? The other day I took off out of a parking lot onto a major four lane highway, the car jumped out and hesitated with traffic barreling down on me. Pressed on the accelerator again and was off but what a scare! Anyone have this happen? And any answers to this? THANKS!

sounds like traction control is kicking in had this happen to me a couple of times when slamming it and changing lanes. Also you dont mention if you are feathering the brakes a little bit , if you are and T/C and ActHand are on the engine will stutter a lil under load(power braking isn't possible with tc on, this includes competitive mode) Hope this helps! :seeya :chevy
