BCM Replacement
My a/c system backed up and dumped water onto the BCM (Body Control Module) and I now get DIC messages such as service column lock. Can the BCM be switched out for a new one with no problem? The car went through the latest recall for steering well lock problems and gave me no problems until the water leak.

If you replace your BCM, you must have it reprogrammed fro your options. You also must have the correct VATS resistor code programmed in the BCM or you will need to get new keys.
