Guys,
I think my HUD sunk a bit. I cant seem to raise it any higher. It lowers just fine but it seems lower than usual. An ideas on how to raise it?

Sure it isn't your sitting position hasn't changed? Usually when they fail, they won't adjust up any more and the usual cause there is one of the pivot points inside has broken. If this is the case, you'll need to remove the dash pad cover to access, then get creative with repairing it.
