It sounds stupid but many (some) road race guys have seen this condition. Not real common but the EBCM thinks ICE roads and reduces brake application by a BIG factor.

Well, I got back from vacation and looked at it with fresh eyes... I DID have a leak, and I'm not sure how I missed it the first time I looked. One of the hardened brake lines was touching the exhaust pipe where it goes over the axle...

Anyway, replaced a section of the line and all is well. I swear there was no fluid dripping out onto the floor when I checked before, but when I got back from out of town it was pretty obvious. Maybe continued exposure to heat turned a pinhole leak into something a little more noticeable????

Anyway, it's fixed and my brakes work again. Just wanted to post the resolution. Thanks for the help/suggestions guys.
