Royal Purple ATF?
Should I do it, is it worth it and safe? On some cars, like my Acura, its a No No to use this over OEM fluids, but this seems to be popular for domestics. How about redline?
I saw on Hot Rod TV where they picked up 10RWHP by using royal for the engine and tranny!!! Talk about a nice mod for the money :) I'm just interested in helping my tranny take the abuse right now with the converter and all.

RP would be just fine, but I would vote for the Amsoil too, if you are going to use something other than Mobil 1. I like Amsoil, even if it is a little more expensive and harder to get. :D

I saw that on Hot Rod. They stated it was synthetic. They were testing it on a sixties muscle car though. It might be different results with a C5
