replaced the master for sticking to the floor a few months back but i am having problems shifting at high rpms from 3rd to 4th gear it locks me out is that the slave or a shift fork or syncro problem any info would help im bout to put a new motor in and would love an info to solve the problem thanks!

Try adusting the shifter to make sure it's correctly aligned. Then I would try the clutch drag test (put it in first gear with the clutch pedal to the floor and rev the engine to 5K RPM). If the car moves forward a little, your clutch is not fully being released. If both of these check out, your problem is internal.
well i know that the trans was gone through before i bought the car... this is what was done
The stock transmission was professionally rebuilt with all new bearings and seals due to a very small leak between the transmission and rear differential from the large O-Ring Gasket.
The clutch was also replaced with a new factory Z06 clutch and pressure plate at the time of the transmission rebuild.
