speedometer/reverse lockout problems
Lately my speedometer has been acting up. It will sometimes stay at 0mph when driving and sometimes it will read just fine. Also, when the speedometer acts up my reverse lockout will not function and my cruise control will go nuts. Any ideas what would cause this?

Potentially your vehicle speed sensor. If that output isn't an expected value, the PCM may keep you from going into reverse by not signaling the reverse lockout solenoid. Not getting an output from the VSS will also cause your cruise to kick off.
The VSS is located on the differential housing.
