Please excuse this if it has already been posted before. I searched this forum and was not able to find it or anything like it here.
I found this very interesting and also surprising with the results. I hope it helps with your choice of oil filters in the future.

I was surprised that the AC Delco did so poorly.
I was also curious about the various brands that were tested. I thought that several of the brands were actually made by the same manufacturer. I wonder if the brands that are the same manufacturer did about the same in the tests?
I have been using the Purolator Classic with no problems, but I really have no way to tell. Just no engine failures.
I switched away from Fram due to some other comparison tests that I saw. This test didn't like most of the Fram, but surprisingly their extended guard was the highest graded of the group.

That is what surprised me. The others were not very good, but that one did very good. I was going to use Mobil One with their oil, and they came out 3rd on the comparison. Not sure now.
