Exhaust question
I have an '04 auto with the performance axel. Can I replace my stock exhaust with an '04 Z06 exhaust? Will it bolt right on? How much benefit will I get? How much will it cost?
I plan on buying a K&N and a Corsa Pace Car. Comments are welcome and appreciated.

Yes that TI exhaust will bolt right up. You won't see much gain but they look much better and you'll save some weight. The sound is a little bit better but not much.

z06 exhaust on a coupe or convertible DOES NOT SOUND THE SAME as on a z06!
Why? because the LS6 in the z06 has different engine components that make the exhaust sound better......
You won't notice much more sound in the change, so I recommend you getting the Corsas (which I think sound beautiful and Ferrari-ish) or go DEEP SOUNDING and get Borlas, or DEEPEST SOUNDING and get B&B Bullets (what I have)

Well,,,,,,,,,, Heres what I can tell you. The C5 ZO6 exhaust weighs 24 lbs less than your OEM exhaust. It will NEVER rust or deteroriate and its a 100% OEM bolt up perfect fit!
Yep,, it will NOT sound like a ZO6 but,,,,, it will sound better than what you have now!!
The ZO6 exhaust can be found used for 350-400 dollars.. Its an EXCELLENT up grade and a very good foundation for future MODs.
If your budget minded and want a better exhaust,, You can NOT beat the C5 ZO6 Ti system
