C5 TPMS sensor issue

Hello,

I have problems with TPMS sensors on my 1998 C5.

I ordered these Dorman sensors from Rockauto.

The problem is, that only one will be recognized by the car (the horn will sound), others are silent. Although all sensors send unique IDs and pressures, as workshop tool shows. And when i went to drive, i first got reading from that one, which also disappeared the next day.

What might be the issue? What to check?

did you go thru the TPMS relearn procedure using a magnet to program ??

Yes, we did.

I could not produce horn by myself with regular magnet.

But in a Chevrolet dealer with GM original tool, we managed one sensor to produce a horn. That's it, all others were silent. Ant this one lost also contact in the next day.

Maybe the sensors aren't any good.

Might be. But Dorman says, its the first time, anyone complains. And GM original tool was able to show unique ID and pressure.
