I do not think I would put water meth / methanol in my windshield water tank if that is what you are asking. It very well could ruin your paint and it is flammable. Most water meth ratio's for aircraft use is about 50/50 water and alcohol and other stuff added like oil. It is most often used by injecting into aircraft engines for more power on take off. I think in auto's it is mostly used with turbos and superchargers for different reasons. And yes I would think it would be very flammable at any ratio.
Sorry I did not research your profile before I answered or I would have known you are racing. I am a aircraft mechanic and I can try to get intouch with our water meth supplier and ask the question. I not sure if it is the same stuff used with auto's, but I can ask that too.
Windshield washer fluid is methanol with water added so it won't hurt your WW tank.
We use 100% meth for the most benefit you just lose the use of the WW because you don't want to get the stuff on your paint.
Just remove the pump and plug the hole so you don't get a leak through the pump.
