Default HELP- Cracked FAST 90

Did some research and found a thread that suggested JB weld. Mine cracked at the mounting bolts (see pic). I was thinking of filling the whole sleeve with JB weld and then re-drilling the hole for the bolt.
Does this sound like a good plan? If not, any suggestions?

You do know those are torqued on with Inch-pounds, not ft. pounds? If it's just a mounting pedestal, that should work, but if it's cracked through to the next level, you're gonna have to close any leaks. Look fixable to me.

Yes I did know it was in-lbs and was using a craftsman short handle in-lb torque wrench. It was torqued per instructions : 46 in-lb first go around and 89 in-lb second go around. Something was not right from the beginning as the manifold was difficult to get into place and it didn't feel like it was seated perfectly.

Started the car and heard some whistling that got progressively worse and continued for a couple seconds after the engine was shut off.

The cracked appeared after the test drive, not before.

I was thinking it was fixable, and I will probably take it apart to make sure it is just the pedestal.

Either it was crack previously, or just overtorqued. Very difficult to repair a crack about the length of an Amodel molded boss. If the crack propogates through, I would try a sleeve insert.
