Default Anyone installed fog lights? Questions

I am sure there are a couple members here that have installed fog lights on their C5 because they were not there. A couple of questions for you.

Is there a wire harness there that the fog lights can be pluged into? OR Do you need to wire in the fog lights and run wires to someplace?

If there is not a wire harness for the fog lights, where did you connect the wire for the switch on the dash. The wires seem to be in my harness that runs from the trunk release plug that is in the harness that plugs into the new switch with both trunk release and fog light switch.

If any of you can answer my quesitons, I would appreciate it. I have not got under the car yet, but would like all of the parts that I need to do this install. I do have the plugs that go into the fog lights, the new switch with both buttons, and the plug that goes into it.

Thanks in advance.

Dont know about the C5 Coupe or Vert but I know for a FACT that there is NO harness installed for fogs on a ZO6!!

I did however install fog lights on my ZO6. I made my OWN HARNESS and it wires into the under hood fuse box for power. The ground can be attached anywhere on the frame. The TRUNK Release button comes out and you just PLUG IN a combo fog/trunk button and it will work. On my car the relay was in the fuse panel! The holes for the body nut that the brackets attach to is in the frame.

You will need:

- The lights WITH THEIR BRACKETS
- The body clinch nuts
- Trunk/Fog Light switch
- Your own harness and connectors
