service Steering column
My Vette BCM got wet and I have replaced it. I ran through the relearn process to sync the BCM & PCM. The car will now start and all the systems seem to be working once again. However, the steering column is still locked up. I am now getting the "service steering column" message on my dash. Along with the codes: B2588 HC and 2593. Before I replaced the BCM I was NOT getting this message or these two particular codes. I have tried removing the key and waiting 10 seconds a couple of times. This is not helping. I have also replaced the battery with a brand new one today.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
